Hold Pusten - the scientific journal of The Norwegian Society of Radiographers

Hold Pusten is the scientific journal of The Norwegian Society of Radiographers. Virtually all radiographers in Norway are members of the Society and receive the journal by mail 8 times a year.


A survey conducted in 2010 showed that the vast majority of our members read every issue of the journal. The survey also proved that the journal is read by other radiographers, radiologists, assistants, mercantile personnel and leaders in radiology departments across the country. Hold Pusten is informative and stimulates debate.


Radiographers are by far the largest group of staff in radiology departments. In recent years, radiographers have achieved positions within management, quality assurance, IT and procurement of diagnostic imagining modalities and consumables.


We welcome radiography, radiotherapy, educational and organizationally relevant articles in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English language. Scientific articles will have to be evaluated and approved by our scientific editor and panel of peer reviewers.
